Hi, I’m Tabatha Pankop, a Tampa Bay REALTOR® who believes real estate should feel honest, transparent, and personal. I’ve been in real estate for over six years, building my business through relationships, referrals, consistency, and a genuine commitment to helping people.
My experience goes beyond traditional buying and selling. I have experience in creative real estate solutions and work with first-time homebuyers, sellers, investors, off-market opportunities, distressed properties, multifamily, land, and new construction. I’m especially comfortable in situations that require patience, problem-solving, and thinking outside the box.
Originally from Indianapolis, Indiana, I moved to Florida over 13 years ago with my boyfriend. Together, we started a new chapter in a place where we didn’t have an established network or a long list of connections. I understand firsthand what it means to start somewhere new, build yourself from the ground up, and create meaningful relationships one person at a time. Becoming successful in real estate didn’t happen overnight. It came from showing up, staying consistent, learning through challenges, building trust, and genuinely caring about the people I work with. I built my career in Florida from the ground up, and that journey has shaped not only the REALTOR® I am today but also the person I’ve become. I know what it feels like to walk into a new place, not knowing many people and having to create your own path. Because of that, I never want my clients to feel like just another transaction or number. I’m not here to pressure people into buying or selling. I’m here to listen, explain the process, be transparent about both the good and the difficult parts, solve problems, and help my clients make decisions that genuinely make sense for them. Real estate is not always picture-perfect. Sometimes there are repairs, financial challenges, inherited properties, complicated family situations, investment risks, or unexpected obstacles. I’m naturally solution-driven, and I’m not afraid to dig in, ask questions, communicate honestly, and explore creative options when the traditional path may not be the best fit.
Outside of real estate, relationships and consistency are just as important to me personally as they are professionally. My boyfriend and I have shared more than 13 years together, including the journey of moving from Indianapolis to Florida and building a life here together. I’m also the proud best friend of Reese, my dog and truly one of the most special parts of my life. Those relationships reflect something I deeply value: loyalty, patience, showing up, growing together, and understanding that the strongest relationships are built over time. That same mindset carries into the way I work with my clients. When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me enjoying the Florida lifestyle that I’ve grown to love over the past 13 years. I love going to the beach, spending time with friends, catching the newest movie at the cinema, and exploring local restaurants and hidden food spots. One of my favorite things is finding new local places with my boyfriend and Reese, especially dog-friendly restaurants, parks, and spots where all three of us can enjoy time together. I genuinely enjoy discovering the communities I work in, not just through real estate, but through the people, small businesses, local food, and everyday places that make an area feel like home. That same mindset carries into my business. I believe trust is earned. Communication matters. Consistency matters. Relationships matter. And for me, those relationships should continue long after the closing table.
